Some ideas fanning over the landscape of my time become “substantial”.
Gaining coherence, focus, and resolve,
like my father, these ideas
mark their passage with more than a signature.
I look back at my father’s penciled entries in a spiral notebook detailing feed costs and on-the-hoof pricing for his hogs and realize his iteration of business infected me for life. I see business as the method of sustaining a dream and usually, that dream is for something better for everyone. Converting passion, imagination, and blood/sweat/tears into an experience that makes the world better is worth doing.
My consulting focuses on individual entrepreneurs, and more broadly on economic development with a special focus on innovations in technology that move a community toward clean, sustainable growth, and better living for everyone.
